“Workflow” in fact is an event script that you can write in advance, set the automatic response to any events, ranging from “if a registered person named John, and it is December now, then send him some special offer with congratulations” and to “if someone from your existing contacts noted in the form of a survey item number 4 drop-down list, then add this person to the list of those users, whom need to show a green banner, rather than red in the left corner of the pages”.
